Zoom Live Lesson Form

We know you have started live lessons and we are excited to see all the amazing things you are doing. Use this hyperlink to access the document PS Live & Recorded Lessons. Log your live lesson(s) schedule. We know many of you store recorded lessons in different areas of your individual or grade level folders. Share where you store your recorded lessons. There is a tab for each HR teacher and additional tabs for ESOL, EIP, IRR, and Specialists.

The document has an “example” tab.

Example 1: If you teach the same subject the same day or days using a recurring Zoom link.

Example 2: If you teach subjects on the same day OR different day using a new Zoom link every time.

Example 3: Ms. Vogt completed her tab for this week.

The document allows administration and coaches one stop access to everyone’s lessons. We will add the link to Mac’s Memo so you may update the document as your lessons progress or as links change. Do not hesitate to ask any questions.

AP Corner 1:

EIP, K-4, General Ed Homeroom Teachers

Typically you complete EIP checklists at the end of the school year in grades K-2. These checklists, along with other data points such as F/P and MAP lead us to determine EIP eligibility for the following year.

In light of our current situation, EIP checklists have been created for both Math and Reading as Google Forms. Because we will not have GA Milestone data for students in grades 3 and 4, teachers will complete checklists for these students as well.

Each general ed homeroom teacher in grades K-4, needs to complete an EIP checklist through google forms for any student who scored below 35% on the Winter MAP in Math and/or Reading.

If you click on the folder below, you will see two things:

1) A folder titled: "EIP checklist: Rising 1st-5th graders" This folder contains the EIP checklist for rising 1st graders-rising 5th graders for both Math and Reading. You should see the "Reading Forms" in numerical grade order and then the "Math Forms" in numerical grade order.

2) Excel spreadsheets for students in grades K-4

These spreadsheets list every student (minus Sped students) who scored below 35% in Math and/or Reading on the Winter MAP assessment.

Unless a student listed moved prior to March 13th, you will need to complete the EIP checklist on this student.

Please direct questions for this task to Ashley.

Deadline for completion: Tuesday, May 5th, 5pm.

AP Corner 2:

Please email Ashley if there are any changes to your packing schedule Wednesday-Friday of this week (the google doc "Packing it UP!" is updated regularly).

Beginning Thursday, April 30th, the building will be secured at 5pm. As of Friday, May 1st there will be NO MORE access to the building (inside or outside).

Big picture

Student Schoology Usage Report by Homeroom

In an effort to identify resources needed for families, the District has compiled Schoology usage data. The link below has a list of your students and the number of times the students have accessed Schoology each week (columns H-M). Please pay close attention to students that have had NO access (highlighted in yellow) or low usage.

Please share feedback on why students may have little to no usage on Schoology in the comments section. Please add this information on the spreadsheet by tomorrow at 5pm.

Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Summer School

Many of you have asked for the links for students to register to summer school. I am posting the English and Spanish links, as well as the teacher form if you are interested in teaching.

We will not be able to get a list of students until after the deadline in closed.

A message from Ms. Vogt

Hello Park Street Family!

As you finish up in your rooms this week, please continue to put your markers and highlighters in the boxes in the Front Break Room and the Panther Den. Remember that it can be any brand of marker, dry erase marker, and highlighter (but please NO CRAYONS OR COLORED PENCILS). I will be picking up the boxes this Friday (May 1) at noon, so you have until then. Thank you so much for your support in this little project! J
