Brush Your Teeth

These are some reasons of why we should brush our teeth. The first reason is that in the morning you should brush your teeth after you eat breakfast. My second reason is that you should brush your teeth at least twice a day in the morning and night you should brush your teeth at night because the next day in the morning your mouth won't smell that bad and you should brush your teeth so than your mouth will be clean. My last reason is that when you brush your teeth make sure your tooth past says FLOURIDE.

Visit The Dentist

These are some reasons of why we should visit the dentist. You should visit the dentist at least twice a year so then you won't get any cavities. My second reason is if you have a tooth that hurts you could go to the dentist and the doctor could help you. My last reason is that the doctor can do an x'ray to check if you have any cavities or if there's a tooth that is lost.

Stay Away From Junk Food

My first reason is if you eat too much junk food your stomach will start to hurt and you will feel sick. My second reason is that you might get cavities if you eat too much junk food and you'll have to go to the dentist. My last reason is that if you eat lots of junk food you might get braces and it's hard to talk with braces.
