Red Communication Folders

Red communication folders were pretty light today! We have not had any formal assessments for this grading period yet so I was only able to report on behavior for the week. If you would like to order from the scholastic order forms sent home today, please send in any money or place your online orders before Jan. 22. Directions for placing online orders can be found further down in the newsletter.

What are we up to?

  • Writing - Friendly Letter Writing

  • ELA - Capitalization and Punctuation

Students should capitalize greetings, months, days of the week, holidays, geographic names, and titles. They also need to understand when to use an exclamation mark, question mark, and period at the end of sentences. (We will work on this in our Writing and ELA blocks)
