National PTA Reflections Program 2021-2022
Do you have a creative child at home who likes to draw or paint or dance or compose songs or write? Does your phone have storage issues because he/she loves taking photos and making videos? If yes, here comes the perfect opportunity for your artistic Kendall Patriot!
Like last year, every artwork has to be submitted online. Please remember to keep the original copy of visual art safe after submission, as it may be required if it advances to the next level. The 2021-2022 Theme : “I will change the world by ...". The deadline for submitting entries is Oct 29th. This event was a huge success last year! We had four National level winners from our school district! It is time to shine again… so reflect on the theme, create art, and be recognized!!
Students can participate in one or more of the following categories:
* Literature *Music Composition *Visual Arts * Photography *Dance Choreography * Film Production *Special Artist (Students who identify as having a disability and may receive services under IDEA or ADA)
There are two Grade Divisions for elementary schools. Primary (K-Grade 2), Intermediate (Grades 3-5).

PTA Membership
PTA Membership is more than half of our budget to put on social events for students and support our Kendall Staff. We are excited for the ability to offer many more of our 'usual' activities for the upcoming school year! We will need YOUR PTA MEMBERSHIP and SUPPORT to make that happen!
**Must be a paid PTA Member to volunteer within your student’s classroom.**

If not, visit kendall.memberhub.com/store to purchase your membership.
Volunteer Opportunities
https://bit.ly/PTAVolunteerOpportunities
There are many times throughout the year that the PTA needs volunteers to help directly with your student's enrichment. Some activities are directly in their classroom, while others support their classroom, teacher or grade level. We look forward to offering more 'usual' volunteering and activities this 2021-2022 school year while also respecting current state and local restrictions due to the pandemic. Please take a minute to review these activities and let us know how you can help! New this year, we will be implementing a Room Parent for each class. State your interest in the link provided.
