The Media Connection - Library Media News from Ms. Arax
1) May is Asian Pacific American Heritage Month & Jewish American Heritage Month. April 29th was International Dance Day as well as "Poem in My Pocket Day" at our school. Check out the Media Center roving book displays celebrating the cultures, art, and literature featured and I hope to see in the Media Center soon.
2) During these busy times filled with testing, book fair, events, and many end of the year celebrations thank you for working with me to make sure all of our students get to check out books during their regularly scheduled Media class times. If there are scheduling issues due to testing, etc. please contact me to work things out so we can make sure that every student gets an equal opportunity to check out books.
