EHS Counselor Connection
February 2021
It is in our human nature to want to love and to be loved. You may express love in your relationships in a variety of ways: giving a hug or kiss, flashing a friendly smile, giving a compliment, or lending a helping hand. Yet how often do you show love to yourself? When was the last time that you gave yourself a compliment? Embraced your uniqueness? Congratulated yourself for a job well done? This month, try to focus on loving YOU and recognizing the amazing person that you are!
