Senior Capstone Project - Time Capsule
My name is Grace and I am completing my senior capstone project to commemorate the 50th graduating class from this high school building.
I am creating a time capsule to be opened in 2071, the 100th graduating class from this building, in 50 years. Here are some prompts you may choose to right from, but feel free to write about anything you would like. They can be as long or short as you would like. You can send your entries to me at gallard@vt.ewsd.org. I will be accepting entries until the end of April and will then compile them into a binder. This is a great way to contribute to this school's history, and if you are in the area in 50 years, you will be able to read what you and your peers wrote 50 years ago. All high school students can submit entries for the time capsule.
I also plan to collaborate with local newspapers to write about the evolution of the school. I am surveying seniors to learn about the class culture which can be found here. All answers are anonymous, even to me. I have surveyed some alumni as well and will be using this information to talk about the changes the school has undergone.
I would appreciate any and all entries for the survey and time capsule. Thank you very much! Feel free to email me with any questions.

Fatima Khan has placed first in the Iroquois District Speech and Debate District Finals and has qualified for her second National Forensics tournament, the NCFL (National Catholic Forensic League), and now, The National Speech and Debate Association National FInals. Also competing in Districts was Tanisha Gerg. She placed Fourth in the Iroquois District as a first year competitor. Both Gerg and Khan worked very hard this year on their craft.
