HHD Testing Site Instructions:
- MUST have a unique identifier assigned by the call center to enter the testing facility; write the phone number and unique identifier on a large piece of paper with large and dark numbers. We recommend a blue or black marker. (DO NOT ROLL DOWN WINDOW)
- Bring photo ID and insurance card (if applicable).
- Only the person being screened should come to the site if able; if more than 1 individual in car being screened, the above rules apply to all. Each person MUST be near a working window
- No restrooms on-site; follow signage once you arrive at the testing site.
The Community-Based Testing Site(s) have limited testing capacity and supplies each day. Testing is first-come, first-serve so please arrive as early as possible. The testing site is open until our testing capacity has been reached. Please remember to have your number written out largely on a piece of paper with your phone number.

Butler
Butler: Your COVID-19 sample was processed by Quest Diagnostics. To access your results, you can go to MyQuest.QuestDiagnostics.com. Once you arrive at the website, you can create an account., or if you already have an account, you can sign in. Your results should be available within 7-10 business days. Quest Customer Services only if they couldn't get through the account:

Delmar: Your COVID-19 sample was processed by LabCorp. To access your results, you can go to www.labcorp.com/results. Once you arrive at the website, you can create an account., or if you already have an account, you can sign in. Your results should be available within 7-10 business days. Inconclusive Test Results = Retesting Required
Clients receiving ‘inconclusive test results’ from Butler or Delmar require retesting. They must call the HHD call center to have another unique identifier given. The same screening questions are asked. They may then proceed to a test site (does not have to be the same site of initial testing).
As a reminder – we do not retest for clearance to return to work.

What does Harris County’s Stay Home, Work Safe Order mean for my community?
Our community plays a vital part in helping us stem the spread of COVID-19. This overview is not intended to be a complete list of business types that are impacted. Please note that the intent behind this order is to drastically limit public gathering and activities. Ambiguities should be resolved in favor of staying home or staying closed. Violations are subject to fines and up to 180 days in jail. Please seek legal counsel if you are unsure if a certain business, service, or function is considered essential.

All travels coming into Texas (place or driving) must self-quarantine themselves for 14 days if returning from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Orleans, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, California, Washington state
Layovers in Houston - Best practice is so self-isolate and monitor your symptoms. It is advised by the CDC to minimize travel at this time. You an inadvertently get exposed to COVID-19.
