The Water Project
Wells in Africa
The Water Project
The Water Project is a non-profit organization that focuses on the Sub-Saharan African countries and their lack of access to clean water. They have been working for over seven years to bring wells and proper sanitation to African countries. Celebrities including Emmy Rossum, Kat Graham, Peter Chasse, and Matthew Koma, all support this cause.
The Water Challenge
The best way to raise money for our campaign is to take the two week challenge. For two weeks, you have to give up all drinks except water. Then as the weeks continue, you will save money because water is cheaper than soda and other beverages. Finally at the end of the two weeks, you take all of the money you saved and donate it to The Water Project. The best part about this challenge is that only takes $23 to give someone access to clean water and it takes no money directly out of your pocket
