Last Day Before Winter Break

Vacations/Extended Leaves

We encourage all students to be in school when it is in session. Every effort should be made not to have students miss school for vacation purposes. When an absence occurs due to an extended leave or vacation, students will not receive homework or school work in advance. Experience has shown that it is difficult for a teacher to accurately predict what homework/schoolwork will be and for students to do the work properly while not at school. Upon return to school, students will receive make-up work and an appropriate due date.

Students who are absent for more than 15 days of school are un-enrolled from the school roster and need to return their chromebook and school materials. Students absent more than 15 days will be added back into the school system when they return.
