About the Book
This is a fiction book about a woman named Erica Hathaway and her life story. Her mother died when she was twelve and she had never met her father. In the beginning of the series, she is in her twenties and was working on her online clothing business named "Clozpin." She had a meeting for her business in New York one day and one of the piers's name was Blake Landon. When he walked late she had fallen head over heels for him. Two books later, she moved to Boston and they are in a relationship and she finds her father with a friends help. She ended up having dinner with her father and her step-mother, when a man that abused her walked into the living area... it was her step-brother. As usual Blake came to the rescue, and took her back to the apartment. A few months later she gets a test from her dad and he wants to meet up with her so they can talk in private. When she gets to the meeting place, she figures out that he ended up killing his step-son and doesn't want Erica to see Blake anymore. So to save Blake's life, she leaves him with no warning. Well that lasted about a week or so then they got back together and went on a trip. Just the two of them. Blake poured them a glass of champaign and relaxed on the balcony of their suit when she realized that there was a ring in her glass. Blake proposed and they started planning the wedding with his family and her best friend Alli. A few months later Allie and Blake's mother planned a surprise wedding party that got ruined by a co-worker that drugged Erica and tried to abuse her.
