Monahan Tech Tips

Special Tech Challenge Edition

New Prizes and New Categories!

Officially, Miss Fallon dominated the Monahan Technology Challenge so much that she has already finished and genuinely used the technology with students in such a way that I am sure she will continue to use it in the future.

New Groups

That said, in order to make sure everyone continues to be motivated, Mrs. Chabera has approved an alteration in the prizes. We are now creating categories. 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade and Special Education (including all Paras) will now each have their own competition.

Prizes

From now until Spring Break, whichever teacher completes the most spaces on their board in each group will win two jeans passes and a small technology award from Mr. Locklin. The teacher with the second most spaces filled will recieve 1 jeans pass.

So if you haven't started, and judging by standings below, a lot of you have not, then no worries. A great prize still awaits and easily attainable for you. My hope is that will keep us all chasing the finish line and really integrate technology before STAAR days catch all of us and make these types of competitions hard to complete.
