Field Day Volunteers Make It Happen!

Thanks to all the great volunteers who helped prepare supplies and run the field day games on Thursday. The rain shortened event included various games and activities outside on the lawn, an outside picnic lunch, and the famous 5th grade pools which ended just before the rain came in. It was all topped off with a frozen custard treat donated by Culver's of Valparaiso as a reward for winning the recent dine-to-donate competition against other VCS elementary schools. Thanks to all volunteers and to Mrs. Juergens for organizing this year's event!
