There will be presentations from the organisations with plenty of chance to ask questions and network.
Just like the public and private sector, there are a range of careers available, from voluntary to paid positions, from charity to general non-profit groups, you’ve got plenty of choice. Many third sector jobs are about helping people, both on a local community level as well as national. You could work for your local community at a self-help group, or you could join a large charity. From health, education and the environment to the general economy, there are a variety of third sector jobs trying to tackle some of the big problems and issues.
