- Sun-dried tomato and goat cheese ravioli with a sun-dried tomato cream sauce
Choice of entrée:
- Kalamatta crusted breast of free range chicken with red wine risotto and sautéed asparagus
- Pan seared Atlantic salmon with crushed Yukon gold potatoes, piquillo peppers, capers and lemon beurre blanc
