Academic Course Catalog 2020-2021
With the navigation of the COVID-19 pandemic, and transitions in the Dallas College grading system, Duncanville ISD has made an adjustment to the credit awards for dual credit / dual enrollment college coursework for the 20-21 school year. In previous school years, Dallas College awarded letter grades, rather than numerical grades. This school year, the college changed its process to award numerical grades.
In the college system, students do receive course credit for earning grades between 60-69; thus, our system will also award credit for these dual enrollment college courses as determined by Dallas College and their academic transcript. The amendment to the course catalog explains this further.
Congratulations Class of 2021!!

Summer School Acknowledgement Form

We are pleased our scholars are taking advantage of summer courses at Mountain View College. In order to be enrolled in summer courses, scholars and parents must acknowledge the college course requirements that are listed in the Collegiate Academy Handbook. The full handbook can be accessed here. The Parent Acknowledgement and Scholar Acknowledgement forms can be found below.
Scholars will dropped from May Term class and will not be enrolled in Summer I/II classes without BOTH the parent and scholar acknowledgments submitted.
