Weekly Family Newsletter
Burns Park Elementary
December 18, 2022
This is our last newsletter of 2022! The year has certainly cruised on by. We are excited to welcome everyone back for our 4 day week before heading into winter break. Please take extra care and precaution this week - if your child is showing any of these symptoms, please keep them home. We want to keep everyone healthy for their well deserved break.
We look forward to seeing everyone in 2023 and all of the wonderful things a new year brings.
Four more days - we've got this!
With much gratitude.

From the PTO
Dear Fantastic BPE Families,
I hope that everyone had a splendid sixteenth week of school. Thank you to everyone that attended the last PTO meeting this past Wednesday and I look forward to seeing you at the next meeting on January 11th.
Ann Arbor PTO Thrift Shop: The Ann Arbor PTO Thrift shop is a non-profit which provides support to all AAPS PTOs from their sales. In December the PTO Thrift Shop has added additional shopping days on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, in addition to their regular Thursday-Sunday schedule, see their flyer below.
PTO-Council Winter Giving: The Ann Arbor PTO Council (PTO-C) has created a voluntary, district wide Winter Giving webpage and highlights on its Facebook page. The BPE PTO supports a similar function every year from its annual fund (see November 9th email), but the PTO-C asked each PTO to share this district wide activity with each school.
