3 Class Fundamentals Programming

In these 3 classes you will learn all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workouts. Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement in a slower and more detail oriented pace than a normal CrossFit class. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.

Wednesday Oct 1st @ 6:30pm

Friday Oct 3rd @ 6:30pm

Monday Oct 6th @ 6:30pm


*Clients must sign up for all three classes. There is also a Free Into Class for Beginner on Monday Sept 29th at 6:30pm that is a great lead in to the Fundamentals Program.
