Dugongs are grey or grey-brown in colour. They have a dolphin like tail and bristles on their lips.
They eat sea grasses and flowering plants.
Predators of dugongs are the tiger sharks. People also are a danger to dugongs because they use propeller speedboats
Dugongs are not born in eggs. They are born alive.
Threats are humans trying to kill them .
Dugongs are an unusual marine mammals with a unique appearance.
