Kelly Rosario, Director of Curriculum, INstruction and Professional Development, gave this update on how students were performing who started in our first full day kindergarten program and who are now starting 3rd grade. The positive results show that there are far less students in need of intervention by the time they reach 3rd grade than in prior years and that Parkland is closing the literacy gap for learning support students as well.
