The Best "Job" Anywhere
Being in education can certainly pull at your heart strings. Whether you're an office worker, custodian, cafeteria worker, teaching assistant, or a teacher, we're all in this for the same reason...THE KIDS! Take three minutes to enjoy this video performed by an actual 2nd grade teacher and her classroom. In a day of lots of mandates, it reminds us of the real reason we do what we do.

Stylin' and Profilin'
An experience they won't forget...top sellers from this year's fundraiser were transported by a stretched limo to DQ in French Lick for some ice cream. Thank you teachers and staff for encouraging sales this year.
1st Grade "RACKS" the School
Several staff have been the benefactors of some "Random Acts of Christmas Kindness" thanks to some thoughtful teachers and creative students. They're helping create some great memories for staff members.
Elf on the Shelf Invades OES
Many have had visits throughout the building from a mischievous or sometimes sweet elf. Kids so excited about it! And so long as there are camera phones, the staff will remember these moments too :-)
What Students Won't Necessarily Remember
Think back on your own teachers, principals, and school workers from when you were younger. Do you remember the lessons? The tests? The homework? Chances are that you don't really remember much of that. But you DO remember how they made you FEEL. As we approach Christmas, remember to do your part to help every student leave this building feeling special.
