A Message from Chillicothe R-II Superintendent Mr. Dan Wiebers
"I continue to be proud of our entire K-12 team at Chillicothe R-II,” said R-II Superintendent Mr. Dan Wiebers. “This APR score reflects the work of our teachers, administrators and students engage in daily. Our district consistently scored at or above the state average in nearly all of the measured standards and indicators. While this is certainly a cause for celebration, our district will strive for the continuous improvement of individual students' growth and overall district progress."
"The district continues to be proud of our performance in College and Career Readiness, Student Attendance and Graduation Rate. All of these standards indicate graduates of Chillicothe R-II are prepared for life after their career as a public education student has ended. Each of these components come together to benefit our students and their academic achievement. Improved student performance does not happen solely by chance."
What is the Annual Performance Report (APR)?
A district’s APR score is created from a wide range of data based on results from academic achievement, state standardized tests (MAP/EOC scores), subgroup achievement, college and career readiness, attendance, and graduation rates. The APR score provides a practical tool for the Board of Education, administrators, teachers and the school community to identify strengths as well as areas of focus within the district.
