There will be no school on Monday, Jan. 16, in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. All schools and the District Administrative Center will be closed.
Kindergarten Enrollment For 2023-24 School Year Opens February 1
Welcome Class of 2036! Kindergarten enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year opens on February 1, 2023. Information can be found on our website at www.naperville203.org/kindergarten.
Kindergarten Preview will be held at all elementary buildings on Thursday, March 2, 2023. Questions regarding Kindergarten enrollment for 2023-2024 can be directed to Maureen Dvorak, School Services Manager at mdvorak@naperville203.org or (630) 420-6446.

NEF’s 30th Annual Building a Passion Breakfast
Join the Naperville Education Foundation for its 30th Annual Building a Passion breakfast fundraiser. New Zoom Function Converts Speech Into Translated Captions
We are excited to share that Naperville 203 has added a new Zoom function that will convert speech into translated captions, in real-time, to members of a Zoom meeting who would like to read the verbal communication in another language. Naperville 203 staff members can enable the translated captions upon request.
From The Kitchen: Black Bean Chili Frito Bowl
January’s Limited Time Offer is the Black Bean Chili Frito Bowl. Chef Natalia prepares a flavorful bowl of vegetarian chili with Frito chips, fresh Pico de Gallo salsa and a spicy topping. We’ll be offering this tasty meal the week of January 16 at all Junior High and High Schools.
Asbestos Management Plan Notification
In accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA), the Asbestos Management Plan and Building Inspection Reports for Naperville 203 schools are available for review. These reports are filed at the Buildings and Grounds office, 251 West Hillside Road. Anyone wishing to review the contents of these reports may do so by contacting Thomas Malamos at (630) 983-2233 between the hours of 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
NNHS Lab Preschool Spring Openings
Naperville North High School’s lab preschool has openings this spring! The NNHS Huskie Preschool is a lab-based preschool run out of Naperville North High School. The preschool is run completely by the Early Childhood Education 1 and 2 courses. High school students teach all preschool lessons which include small motor, large motor, music, math, and science activities. Spring preschool will begin March 20th through the end of the school year. Each registered preschooler receives a Huskie Preschool t-shirt. Calendar Update
Tuesday, February 28, 2023, will be a normal day of attendance for students. The date was previously listed on the calendar as a "Tentative e-Learning Day" in the event that an election would be held on that day. That election will not be taking place.
Tuesday, April 4, 2023, remains an e-Learning Day because that date is an Election Day.
