Dear Families,
Can you believe it is February already? This school year sure is moving along quickly! Please join other 4K families on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 1st from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Neenah Public Library for fun events for Take Your Child to the Library Day!
At the end of this week, progress reports will be coming home with all 4K students along with a parent guide to understanding the 2nd quarter progress reports. If you have any questions about your child's specific report, please contact your child's teacher.
Please remember that we will also be having Parent-Teacher conferences on February 25 & 26 when you will have time to review your child's progress with the teacher.
If you have any questions regarding the progress reports you are welcome to contact me, as well.

Emergency School Closing Information (From the NJSD website)
The Neenah Joint School District provides transportation for approximately 3,000 of its 6,400 students. Under normal circumstances, a decision to close or delay school is predicated on the safe transportation of our children to and from school and will generally be made no later than 6 a.m. This will provide time for local radio and television stations to broadcast school closings, allow time for the bus contractor to notify drivers not to report and allow time for parents to make day care arrangements for children who will be staying home. Safety for children, employees and parents is the overriding factor in making the decision to close school.
When a decision is made to close the Neenah Public Schools, it has been agreed that all private schools being served with transportation in the District will also be closed. An announcement about school cancellations will be sent via text message and e-mail to all parents and staff members through the District's messaging service. An announcement will also be posted on the District website, Facebook page and Twitter feed.
