Band Boosters Board Announcement
Volunteers Needed for Election Committee
The band booster board needs YOUR help! We need five volunteers to serve on an election committee which will nominate candidates for band booster officer positions. Please click the attachment below to find out more.

Chaperone Sign-Up
Chaperones are needed for show days. You will have backstage access to the show! This is an exciting way to watch the guards warm up, practice and perform. If you’re interested, please sign up with the google sheet below and make sure to have a background check on file. We will have a quick meeting before the season starts for new chaperones. Background checks can be completed using the link below. They must be completed before chaperoning. The process can take up to 2 weeks.
Volunteers Needed to decorate flip flops
We Need You!
This Thursday, January 21st starting at 5p at the Annex, we will decorating flips flops for the guard members to wear on show days. Please bring scissors...we have lots of fabric to cut before we can decorate. Can’t make it at 5p? That’s okay...please join us later.
Box Truck Driver Needed
We need a box truck driver for the March 27th competition. If interested, please send an email to guardliaison@fcbands.org.
Spirit and Food Donations
With the show season just around corner, please check your email for spirit and food donation sign ups. The guard parents have a history of putting together treat bags and lunches for the guard members before each show.

Swag and Buttons
We know everyone is anxiously awaiting when we can order our show buttons and swag. Please know that final details are being worked out and we will communicate with everyone when it is time to place orders :)
Band Payment
Our 2nd payment of $170 was due Thursday, Jan. 6th. Please be sure to make your payments on time. If you need to set up a payment plan or discuss payment arrangements, please reach out to the Band Booster Treasurer at: treasurer@fcbands.org
