Gale-Bailey ROARing Updates
HAPPY! Have A Positive and Productive Year! 2022-2023
Dear Gale-Bailey Pride,
We are ROARing in March.
We are taking our students to the next level in education and are all in this together. Ensure that our scholars read every night at home and practice their math facts.
Below is the link to our Maryland Report Card. We have made significant gains but still have some work to do.
Families, please sign up for Career Day on May 5, 2023. Also, do not forget to cop a coup. Sell a box of chocolate for our school fundraiser.
Chuck E. Cheese PTO Fun Night
Worlds Finest Chocolate-Fundraiser has now begun.
Please do not leave the chocolate in your car, as even thought it is still chilly it will melt inside the car.

Read a Thon
Would your family like an all-expense paid trip to Walt Disney Theme Park? We would love to send you.
Gale-Bailey Elementary School is about to start a Read-a-thon Fundraiser. It is a fun and exciting way for your child to raise money while reading.
As an added incentive, any child that sends 10 text messages through their dashboard to promote our fundraiser will automatically be registered in a nationwide drawing for the Walt Disney Theme Park trip.
*One winner will be chosen each season out of all Read-a-thons held during that season.

We will be equitable, student-centered, celebrating diversity, promoting teamwork, and using all the tools and strategies needed to be 21 Century leaders.
Attendance and Notes
Scholars should attend school consistently and be absent only for illness or emergencies. Please refrain from scheduling extended family vacations during school time.
Please provide Ms.L. Jones (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a note from your physician releasing your child to return to school. Please ensure all notes have your child's first and last name and date for the excused absence.
