Appetizer Stations

  • Merguez in a blanket- Lamb sausage grilled, wrapped in lavash, cut into bite size pieces & placed on a skewer.
  • Spanikopita Spinach- Spinach, sautéed in olive oil w/ garlic & green onions, mixed w/ feta cheese, wrapped in light & flaky phyllo dough triangles, & baked until golden brown.
  • Tabbouleh Dip w/ Pita Chips- Chopped parsley, mint, basil & scallions, mixed w/ diced cucumbers, baby tomatoes & quinoa, lightly tossed w/ lemon juice & blood orange olive oil, served in mini cups w/ pita chips.
  • Greek Salad Skewer- Cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, & black olives skewered and served drizzled w/ an oregano, red wine vinegar, feta & red onion dressing.
  • Dolmas- Grape leaves stuffed with rice, lemon juice, & olive oil, wrapped into little bundles.
  • Crudités & Pita Chip Baskets with Dip-Warmed pita chips served w/ freshly made hummus, tzatziki, spicy red pepper paste.
