Charms for Children
Children with severe or even terminal illnesses need our support! Being stuck in a hospital can get boring and lonely, so let’s brighten their day with charm gifts and “thinking of you” cards! Our goal is to make at least 100 card and bracelet donations to be distributed to kids in critical care pediatrics all over the country, and to collect at least $50 in donations for CHOP.

Here's one of his amazing nuggets of wisdom: "Every leader needs to have a voice, you never know the impact of your words on others."
Leadership Resource of the Week
Handling criticism, even if it is constructive, is not always the easiest thing to do. Often we get wrapped up in our passion too much to be able to see another point of view. Being criticized is not fun, but we have to all be able to handle it.
"How Effective Leaders Handle Criticism" by Jeff Wolf is a great resource for explaining how great leaders react to criticism.
