UPDATED Hybrid Learning Interest Survey - ALL Students Pre-K Through Grade 3 Due 1/29/2021
On January 14, 2021, the Clark County School District Board of Trustees approved a plan to transition students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 3 into the hybrid instructional model. At this time, we do not know when the hybrid instructional model for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 3 will be implemented but it is essential to begin planning.
Understanding that decisions may have changed since the fall hybrid questionnaire and in an effort to accommodate our families, we are reaching out again to gather your preferences for your Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 3 children. Please complete the short questionnaire by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021. You can also call the school office for assistance with entering your response.
- Please download and review the PDF below this article for more information from CCSD about the survey before you complete the survey.
- Continue to review the information in this article before completing the survey.
- Click the button after the PDF to complete the survey.
Please note the statement included in the information: If necessary, students may be assigned to different teachers once the hybrid instructional model is in place depending on individual school schedules. At this time, we are not able to share any further information about possible changes to teacher assignments, but please be aware that this may be required when transitioning to the hybrid instructional model.
In addition, please be aware that on-campus student experiences will be subject to all applicable safety and hygiene expectations, including the required appropriate wearing of approved facial coverings/masks, mandatory social distancing, and limited access to facilities around campus. At this time, we are not able to share specific details as the planning process is ongoing and all plans are subject to change.
Due to possible upcoming changes related to the hybrid instructional model, no schedule changes will be made until further notice.
Thank you for your assistance and understanding!
