"CELEBRATE DIVERSITY"
Do you know that more than 30 different cultural backgrounds represented in OV student bodies?
We want to acknowledge them all in “CELEBRATE DIVERSITY” event on Tuesday April 25th from 6-8 PM. We will have food, performances, arts, and many more! So far we have student representatives from Mexico, Panama, Egypt, Taiwan, Egypt, Taiwan, Poland, Afghanistan, Japan, and Indonesia. If your heritage has not been represented and you would like to get involved, please fill out this FORM.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Do your students owe FEES and FINES?
Our wonderful bookkeeper, Lori Koegler, would like you to check if your students have fees and fines. There might be charges for lost/damaged books, club fees, or athletic uniforms that were not returned. Any fines and fees carryover from year to year. It’s best to clear these up now. Please use the QR CODE or click HERE to check your student’s account.
How to Purchase School Items Online
Need to buy a yearbook? P.E. uniform? Or, tickets for the Musical? You can do it all ONLINE!
Here's how:
- Go to: https://wa-mukilteo.intouchreceipting.com/ and login
- Choose which your student you’re shopping for (if you have multiple students)
- Under “Shop” click “Items At Student’s School”
- Click on the item you're purchasing, for ex. "PE Uniform"
- Select the item(s), put in the quantity info, then click "BUY"
- Click "CHECKOUT"
- Put in payment info
- You'll have your receipt with an option to be emailed to you.
** The yearbook is on sale for $25 until June, 2023. It will go up to $30 after.
How to Contact Teachers or Staff Member Using ParentSquare
Using ParentSquare App on your phone:
- Choose your school (if you have students in multiple schools).
- Click on “MESSAGES” (the bubble icon) on the bottom of your screen.
- Click on “New Message” (the square with pencil icon).
- Type name of person you’re messaging, then click search.
- Choose the right person from the result list.
- Start typing your message; Click on the paperclip icon if you need to attach a file/pic.
- Hit SEND and you’re done!
Using ParentSquare website on your computer:
- Choose your school (if you have students in multiple schools).
- Under “COMMUNICATE” section on the left of your screen, click on “MESSAGES” (the bubble icon).
- Click “NEW MESSAGE” to start a new conversation. To find an older message, simply scroll down.
- Choose your student’s teacher from “Quick Select Recipients,” OR type a name under “Recipients” box.
- Start typing your message; Click on the paperclip icon (on the bottom left) if you need to attach a file/pic.
- Hit SEND and you’re done!

We had a great turn out at the first 8th Grade Celebration meeting. If you would like to get updates on this event, please fill out this FORM and the event chairperson, Hannah Blomberg, will keep you informed. We will have another in-person planning meeting after spring break.

It’s time to have a conversation with your 7th graders about which ELECTIVE CLASS they want to take next year! Ms. Smith has visited with your student about registration. Elective class choice will be locked in on Monday, April 3rd.
