Corona High School - A Tradition of Excellence Since 1896
Greetings Panther Families
The Corona-Norco Unified School District, along with Corona High School, takes the safety of our students (i.e., your children) very seriously. The following is a message from our school district regarding school safety that you should find informative and valuable. Please talk to your child about school safety and feel free to reach out to me with any questions in this regard.
"Dear CNUSD Families,
As the topic of school safety continues to be at the forefront of conversations throughout the nation and in our community, the District has teamed up with our local law enforcement agencies to produce a school safety video. The video highlights some aspects of our Project Safety Net plan, emphasizes the importance of reporting any suspicious activity, and underscores how false threats on social media can result in serious consequences. The video also asks the community to provide their feedback as it relates to school safety.
To view the video, please click HERE or visit www.cnusd.k12.ca.us/cnusdiskind. Please take a few moments to also complete the CNUSD School Safety Community Input Survey.
Thank you for joining our efforts in keeping our schools safe.
Corona-Norco USD"

Corona STEM Academy/Science Fair
Earlier this week we had three Panthers--Scotty Gledhill, Eli Sesma, and Gavin Joyce--place in the Top 3 of their category at the RCOE Science and Engineering Fair. Scotty Gledhill and Eli Sesma both placed 3rd in Computer Science. As a result, they will be fortunate enough to be working with a professor from CBU to continue their project and hopefully advance to the California State Science fair next year. What an amazing opportunity for them! Gavin Joyce earned the top spot in Environmental science and also won the Stockholm Junior Water Prize! He has already qualified for the California State Science Fair April 23-24 held in Los Angeles. We are all so proud of our students for their accomplishments!
