Medical illustrators produce resources like photography with graphic images. The graphic images are for professionals involved in patient care. They create images that advances medical science knowledge. These images convey medical or biological information. They produce very accurate illustrations which are used in medical books, journals, films, etc.

In order to qualify for this job, you need at least a bachelor's degree (4 years). It is not required to have a master's degree in medical illustration but it is encouraged.
