CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL "GO GOLD" TOY DRIVE
The Atascocita Patriettes are collecting toys for kids at Texas Children’s Hospital affected by cancer. Donation boxes are located on the AHS campus outside of the library and outside of the dance room, and at Eagle Springs Elementary.
Humble ISD looks forward to celebrating the Class of 2024. Dates and times for high school graduation ceremonies have been announced. Visit humbleisd.net/graduation to see when your senior will walk the stage!
LONE STAR COLLEGE LEADERSHIP HIGH SCHOOL, SIGN UP BY SEPT 22
Lone Star College Leadership High School (LHS) is currently accepting applications for the 2023-24 year. LHS is a leadership development, community awareness, and civic engagement program for sophomore and junior high school students who attend public school and live in the LSC service area. The program is free and the deadline to apply is September 22, 2023.

AHS PRESENTS THE MIRACULOUS JOURNEY OF EDWARD TULANE
AHS Fine Arts presents The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane at 7 pm on September 22, 23, & 25 at the AHS Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $7 for students and $10 for adults online, or $10 at the door.

2023 ADAPTED SPORTS DAY, SEPT 23
Harris County-Houston Sports Authority in partnership with TIRR Memorial Hermann invites families to Adapted Sports Day, a free event from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, at Weekly Family YMCA, 7101 Stella Link Rd, Houston, 77025.
Adapted Sports Day provides an opportunity to both youth and adults with physical disabilities to experience a variety of Adapted Sports. First time participants are encouraged to come out and try pickleball, swimming, and more! It will be a fun day filled with educational and training opportunities.
Lunch will be provided.
FUTURE STARLETTE DANCE CLINIC, SEPT 23
Children ages 5 -15 are invited to a SCHS Future Starlette Clinic from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, September 23, at Summer Creek High School. Performance will be 6 p.m. on Friday, September 29. Pre-sale is $50, week of price is $55.

AHS ROCKET CAMP, OCT 2
Atascocita High School invites 3rd-6th grade students to Rocket Camp from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, October 2, at the AHS campus. Come build and launch a rocket, play games and more! The cost is $45 per child.

HHS THEATRE PRESENTS ONCE ON THIS ISLAND
HHS Theatre with HHS Fine Arts proudly presents Once On This Island at 7 p.m., October 12-14, at the HHS Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $7 for students and $15 for adults.

Please join us as Theatre, Choir, Dance, Engineering, Construction Trades, Life Skills, Ross Sterling Middle School, Humble Middle School students and so many more collaborate on this Caribbean adaptation of the popular fairy tale, The Little Mermaid.
Proceeds from all ticket sales go into the Dr. Al Moore Musical Theatre Endowment fund that will ensure HHS students have regular opportunities to explore musical theatre. If you are unable to attend but would still like to support our program, please consider buying a ticket anyway. In the comments section just write "donate" and we will make sure your ticket goes to a student that otherwise might not be able to attend.
WLMS RUN WITH THE PACK 5K, OCT 14
Join West Lake Middle School for the first annual Run with the Pack 5K at 8 a.m. on Saturday, October 14, at the WLMS campus. Single tickets are $10 and family packs are $25 (up to 5 people). You may also purchase a shirt for $15. Funds from this event go toward the WLMS annual fund.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE BY THE YMCA
The YMCA After School Program makes the most of your child's after school time by offering active learning opportunities designed to engage and expand young minds. After school care is offered Monday through Friday from school dismissal through 6:30 p.m. at all Humble ISD elementary schools.
