What is flexibility
Flexibility is the ability of your joints to move through a full range of motion.Having flexibility in your muscles allows for more movement around the joints so your able to do more advanced things that requires you to be more flexible.
The benefits of being flexible
When your more flexible you will have better posture , less muscle tension ,soreness , reduced risk of injury and more relaxation for the mind and body.
Ways to improve your flexibility
You can improve your flexibility by doing dynamic warm-ups which is squats , lunges and push ups. You can also improve your flexibility by doing your full range of motion with full depths of all the stretches
Personal connection
A personal connection I have with flexibility is that I am flexible since I am able to do a lot of stretches that people who aren't that flexible can't do the stretches really easily.Being flexible is also helpful for my life since when your not that flexible you are more accessible to pain that a person who was really flexible
