All About Its Life
Description
The Peregrine Falcon are powerful and they can fly really fast. They have long feathers and tails and their colors can range from blue-gray to black. They are one of the biggest falcons in North America having a wingspan ranging from 3.3 to 3.6 ft. The scientific name for this bird is Falco Peregrinus.

The falcons are carnivores, which means they eat meat. Mostly they eat other birds but they also eat small reptiles and mammals.

Most of its day is spent hunting and they usually hunt at dusk or dawn, in cities they hunt at night
Reproduction & Endangerment
Their reproduction season is late March through May and they usually lay 3-4 eggs. It takes 29 to 32 days to hatch. Currently the species is not endangered but it was but due to recovery efforts they have slowly been reproducing faster. You would not be allowed to hunt this bird.
