NBHS ALL IN...LEADING LIFELONG LEARNERS
Week of 10/8-10/12
Homecoming activities this year will take place during the week of December 3-8. Our High School Student Council has decided to donate some of the proceeds from the game and T shirt sales to the American Cancer Society. Members of the Homecoming Court may choose a specific color sash to show support for a particular cancer. Because they will be given this option, and so that sashes can be ordered, voting for Homecoming Court will take place earlier than usual (during the week of Oct. 29 - Nov 2). Voting for King and Queen will also be moved up one day, and will happen on Thursday, Dec. 6, rather than on the day of Homecoming, which will be Dec. 7.
We are looking for professionals in a variety of career fields to be a part of our "CAREER FAIR" on November 16, 2018 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. You will be presenting to small groups of students in 15 minute increments about your career field of expertise. Our students have created a list of career fields that they are interested in learning more about. If you or some one you know falls into one of these interest areas and you/they would be willing to be a part of our fair, we would greatly appreciate it. If interested please contact Ms. Reinkemeyer at dreinkemeyer@nb.k12.mo.us OR call her at 573-491-3700 ext. 1309 to let her know.
