Body, Sound and Spirit

New Class Series Begins September 5th!

Dear Yogatonics students,

Yoga is not about being the best or looking the best. Because it is not about the ego's gratification. It is a process of taking ownership of, and responsibility for, our own unique combination of strengths and limitations. As we learn to respect this unique combination represented by our body structure, working with it rather than forcing it, we automatically expand our spiritual awareness.

In preparation for a new series, I have come across a wonderful book titled "Injury-free Yoga Practice," by Steven Weiss, MS, DC, RYT. I first knew Steven from the Omega Institute of Holistic Studies as an exceptional network chiropractor who incorporated yoga techniques into his practice. This next series will be implementing ideas and practice suggestions from his book to allow a deeper attunement to our own unique body structure. In the process of finding our own comfortable seat (asana), we begin the process of opening to spirit.

Classes take place on Thursday evenings from 6-7pm, beginning on 9/5/13. The fee is $45 for all or $10 per class. (Classes are free for full-time Heartspace professionals). If you are a new or returning student, please RSVP by contacting Jennifer at 814.422.3177 or email so she may know how many to expect for class.
