Phonemic Awareness skills: initial sounds, rhyming, and blending with syllables.
We are continuing with our writing journal where students are able to illustrate and create sentences. Students are adding more detail to both their illustrations and writing.

Thursday and Friday night (Nov 10 & 11th) : 6th-8th grade Wizard of Oz performance 7pm in assembly hall. This is not the kindergarten Wizard of Oz play*
Friday, Nov 11th: Teacher Appreciation Day. Bagged lunch for students. There will be no cafeteria food served.
Friday, Nov 11th: Veteran's Day. Students may wear patriotic colors to school.
