3rd Grade- Music
3rd Grade is currently learning how to read the pitches on the treble clef staff. Once proficient we will apply this knowledge into recorder playing. In January, we will also be collaborating with the classroom teachers on their upcoming PBL. We will be focusing on the marketing side of their project by creating commercials and jingles.

5th Grade- Spanish
In 5th grade Spanish, we are breaking out...er, actually, breaking in...to a box to see what's inside! Students read a story with hidden clues, in Spanish of course, and then using critical thinking and collaboration skills, they solve the combinations on the locks. We have completed 2 of 5 locks and I have been super impressed by how quick students are coming up with the combinations! Great job, 5th grade!
