If a student/parent misses their times or would like to purchase additional tickets, tickets will be available for purchase during lunch (10:50-11:45am), in the Front Office from May 16th to the 20th. Tickets are $100.00 each, and must be paid in full at the time of table selection. Tickets will need to be presented at the door for entrance into the Grad Banquet on June 11, 2022.

Banquet Ticket Payment Methods:

Cash, cheques, debit and Visa and Mastercard cards will be accepted; please note that there is an additional 2.4% service charge on any debit and credit card payments.

Other Important Information:

  • The last day to purchase tickets will be June 1st.
  • WE CANNOT RESERVE SEATS. All tickets must be paid in full (please see note above regarding refunds).
  • Tables seat 8 guests to a maximum of 10.
  • All outstanding fees must be paid in full and all outstanding Library and textbooks must be returned, before Grad banquet tickets can be purchased.

We're collecting baby photos from our grads to showcase in the 2022 Grad slideshow. Please submit your photo by April 15th, 2022. Thank you!

Deadline for orders is May 18 and orders can be picked up on June 1.




ALL outstanding textbooks, novels, Chromebooks, and library books will need to be returned (or paid for if lost) before graduation banquet tickets can be purchased. Texts in use for the remainder of this semester are due on the last day of your class or on the day you write your final exam.

This is the first part of an exciting day for our graduates and their families, where students will be welcomed to the stage to officially receive their high school diplomas.

We look forward to seeing you there!

NOTE: There is no fee for guests attending this event. Students were fitted for graduation gowns when their grad portraits were taken. A sizing form will be sent out in early April to any students that did NOT have a pictures taken and wish to attend the graduation ceremonies.

Ticket sales and table selection will be available on May 11th & 12th. The order for table selection will be drawn at random on May 2nd, and the results will be posted at the Bellerose front office for grads to relay to their families.

NOTE: Tickets are required to attend the Banquet (Dinner & Dance). There is no limit as to how many tickets a family can purchase. Tables seat 10 guests.

Grad Council


Grad Council meets bi-weekly on Wednesday’s at 10:45am (in room 151).

The next meeting is Wednesday May 25th!

To be eligible to participate in graduation activities, Bellerose students must meet the requirements for an Alberta high school diploma by the end of June of their Grade 12 year. Students must have completed, or be enrolled in and passing, sufficient courses to meet all diploma requirements, including a minimum of 100 credits. Students who wish to have independent study or off-campus courses as part of the qualifications must provide documentation of course registration.

  • Students should ensure they are registered in the appropriate courses to meet the requirements.

  • Students should ensure they will be able to earn sufficient credits to meet the minimum 100 credits.
