Step #3: What documentation will I need to upload? (REQUIRED)

2021-2022 Schedule Change/Correction Request
2021-2022 Schedule Change/Correction Request
IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! NEXT YEAR is DEPENDENT ON accurate course selections submitted for your child THIS YEAR! Schedule changes in August lead to an imbalance (classes over the limit and some lower than the limit) in class sizes. Please review the following information below to make a change due to an error. Changes other than level changes will not be permitted.
Schedule corrections may be made by a counselor ONLY if there is a scheduling error. (EX: The student is missing a math, science, RELA, or history course OR too many core classes).
A level change or schedule correction must be requested by submitting a LEVEL Change/ Correction Request Form by August 13, 2021 (click here).
This form will open for requests to be submitted on Monday August 2nd through Friday August 13th. Please contact your grade level counselor if you do not have a complete schedule or if you have questions regarding your schedule.
Thank you,
AMS Counselors
