Shiloh Christian School, Shiloh Drive, Bismarck, ND, USA
What will the day look like
I will send out an email for "day of instructions" on where to park, which door to enter, etc.
- A new section of students will rotate in every 45 minutes.
- When the students enter the career fair, they will have everything they need. The students will have 3 cards of which clusters they should attend based on their Career Cluster Inventory results.
- For the first 30 minutes we will rotate every 10 minutes until students have seen all 3 of their clusters.
- Within each of the 10 minutes: Each table will have on average 2-3 minutes to introduce themselves and introduce their career. From here, students can ask these tables any questions they have.
- After the first 30 minutes are up, then students will be able to go to any table of interest for the last 15 minutes of the class period.
For example: A student will go to their first cluster (Health Careers). Each health career table will introduce themselves and introduce their career. Students will then have time to ask questions at the health careers table. The buzzer will ring at 10 minutes and the students will rotate to their next cluster of tables.
After students have seen all 3 tables, they can go back to your table or go to other tables that they didn't get a chance to talk to. Students can also come back on their free periods if they didn't get a chance to speak to a table.
