What We Are Learning This Week

Math with Mrs. Moore: We will continue our work with multiplication when we get back from our Thanksgiving break. We will begin to wrap up this unit and focus on division next.

Students know that their homework over the break is to memorize their math facts. If you are able, please have them log on to reflexmath.com and practice over the break. It is very important for them to know their multiplication facts (0-12) before we move on to division. Learners should know their login and password but if they need help feel free to email me over the break!

Science with Mrs. Naragon:

Social Studies with Mrs. Naragon: WIth the winter holidays approaching, we will be researching Kwanza and Chinese New Year. This will be the perfect introduction to our second PBL!

Language Arts with Mrs. Trueblood- We will be reviewing common and proper nouns and adjectives. We will work on writing compound sentences to help our writing advance. We will be focusing on character traits so that we are able to better understand the characters in a story and be able to show evidence from the text to support our reasoning.
