Tiger Tribute
Week of: April 29-March 3rd
"What do you do?"
I shared that story with a couple of you, but it was later in the week that I felt a bit of inspiration from it. I think we all harbor this kindergartner's perception at one time or another. There are things we "see" our colleagues do and it is easy to assume that is mostly what they do. Often-what we see appears "easier" than what we do everyday. You know....the grass is always greener... Heather and I see many of the hats each of you wear everyday, but I still realize, this is the tip of the iceberg. It truly takes a village to educate and love on the next generation. You all are my heroes because I know what I see you do everyday (and night). Please know, Fair Grove does not exist without the dedication and support you provide to each other everyday. It can be easy to get caught up in a game of "who works hardest." Please know, everything you do, each and everyday is valuable and valued. Teaching is a work of "heart" and that includes everyone in this building-there's no I in TEAM! Much love.
