Tips for Remote Learning
Use a planner to record daily activity, assignments, and due dates.
Establish a good/functional workspace for learning. If possible, keep it away from the your sleeping area.
Check IC consistently to review your progress.
Join the teachers’ Remind text system for each class.
Consider turning on your camera to keep you engaged. Be an active participant (turning on camera is encouraged).
Create a visual schedule to develop positive habits and routines for learning remotely.
Create realistic study schedule w/built in breaks.
Know your resources and have them posted.
Create a peer study group.
Shower and get dressed.
Stay in communication with your teachers.

Mini-grants:
If you have completed your ALP and have an activity (lessons, registration fees for sports or other extracurricular activities) that you paid for then we can give you some $$ to go towards that. It never hurts to ask, so please ask if you think your activity might apply. Please see the welcome letter for the grant application or email Mrs. Hewitt! Use this $$$$
We are unable to pay for SAT/ACT/AP testing fees, we are sorry and have asked the state many times and the answer has not changed.
