What is a leader?
The Top 3
Motivation, or the reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way, because to be committed, he/she must have motivation, or whatever it is he/she may be doing, will loose interest and drop.
Compassion, sympathy or concern for the misfortune of others, because an excellent leader hears and cares about his audience and those who follow him/her.
Understanding, to be sympathetically aware of other peoples feelings, to be tolerant or forgiving, and the ability to understand and comprehend, is necessary because a leader must know how his actions affect his audience. He must know what they can and can't do, and how they feel personally about his views as a person. He also must understand the results of where his actions are leading him, and to eventually understand the impact of his followers.
