The Angelman Syndrome affects one out of 16,000. It makes people have lots of seizures. Also it makes them have a happy demeanor. They have jerky movements a lot of times. This syndrome is contracted through genes. it shows up at about 10 to 12 months old.
People with this syndrome are usually very happy.
Most People who have this syndrome have a lazy eye

This is a neuro-genetic disorder. the symptoms are sleep disturbances, jerky movements, and a happy demeanor. It is not fatal. it shows up at 6 to 12 months old. It happens when the UBE3A gene is not inherited. It is very rare. It was noticed when Dr. Harry Angelman noticed 3 children with the symptoms.
