Inventory Reports Through Tags
Tags Tab
There are several different types of reports that can be ran from the inventory software.
A more advanced search can be done through the Tags tab. Below you will find information on how to use the advanced search and steps on how to run the reports.
Tags Tab
At the top click on the Tags Tab
Filters
There are two types of filters you can do for your search:
- Basic Filters
- Advance Filters
Save Searches
If you know you will be running a search multiple times, you can create a Save Search.
Basic Filters
Basic Filters have 8 pre-suggested categories to quickly create the report you want.
You can select one filter or multiple depending how detailed you would like your report.
- Room Number - Type in which room you would like a report ran from
- Location - Click on the selections you want: Check All, Room, Staff, Student, Transfer
- Product Type - Type in which product you would like a report ran from (ex. Desktops, Interactive Board, Tablet, etc.)
- Status - Click on the selections you want: Check All, Auctioned, Available, Disposed, In Repair, In Transit, In Use, Lost, Pending Lost, Pending Stolen, Pending Transfer, Recycled, Returned to Vendor, Sold, Stolen, Surplus, Used for Parts
- Asset Type - Click on the selections you want: Check All, Component, Parent, Standalone
- Manufacturer - Type in the manufacturer you would like a report ran from
- Funding Source - Click on the selections you want: Check All, 2013 Bond, Buckman Grant, CIS, CTE, Donated, DonorsChoose, E-Rate, Federal Funded Grant, Federally Funded, GCEF Grant, HP Purchaseedge, None
- Vendor - Type in the vendor you would like a report ran from
Advanced Filters
Advanced Filters have many categories you can choose from to create the report you want.
You can select one filter or multiple depending how detailed you would like your report.
Tag List
Here you can import a list of tag numbers you would like to pull a report from
Custom Filters
Under Custom Filters, click the green plus sign and when you click Product Type a whole list of filters pop up for you to choose. Select whichever filter you would like.
The button next to it needs to have Contains for your filter to come up.
Getting Report
Once you have your filters ready, click the Green Go button.
This will pop up all the items that fit your filter selections.
Edit Columns
This changes what information is displayed in your reports.
Changing Order and Columns
- Changing Order - Select what column you would like to move and use the up and down arrows on the right to change the order of the columns
- Changing Columns - Under the unselected columns, click on what item you would like to include in your report and click the arrow pointing to the right that is located in the middle of the columns to add it to your selected columns
- To remove a selected column, click on the left arrow
To the Right, above your report, click on Please Select Tag Report
Click on Tag Listing to download an excel spreadsheet of your report
