Important Reminders

ASPIRE registration is now closed for the school year and we are off to a great start! ASPIRE parents, please make sure you have your ASPIRE car tag on your windshield when picking up your child after school. For your child's safety, we will not release your child if you don't have a car tag. If you need another one, please come to the office to get one. Also, please make sure that your child has their ASPIRE folder in their backpack at all times. This has their ASPIRE schedule and lets everyone know where they need to be.

Thank you for help!

Lydia Calahan, ASPIRE Coordinator

I want to thank all our parents for allowing your child to participate in our after school program. We strive to provide a safe environment while providing innovative, engaging and a fun learning experience after school. I'm very passionate about my job and love giving your child an opportunity they otherwise may not be able to do outside of school.

This is my 12th year working in Birdville ISD. Before working as an ASPIRE Coordinator, I was a bilingual teacher for 5 years here at Jack C. Binion. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, teach cycle class at L.A. Fitness and run marathons.

Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have any questions.
