Principal Corner
Hello Elliott Family,
We have continued to participate in a lot of learning and fun. Please visit our Facebook Page for the most recent photos, including special guest readers including Dr. Dignan, Mayor Londeau, and Adams Middle School Gammites, Elliott Family Game Night, shopping at our PBiS school store, and "Silly String the Principal."
M-Step state testing begins for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders this week. These tests will provide
important information on student knowledge. Federal and state laws require these tests. Schools and districts use these test results, among others, for school improvement initiatives that benefit students. The data gathered from this year's state assessments and other data will help educators support students when they return to school in the fall and move forward with their education. Elliott students took practice tests last week and will take the English Language Arts tests this week, with testing on Tuesday and/or Thursday. Please ensure that your child is well-rested and encourage them to do their best. See the link below for further information regarding state assessments in Michigan.
All school and district fliers can now be found with ease on Peachjar. Check out all of the offerings available in and around our community!
